Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the user ("User") and Yggdrasil Gaming Ltd, operating the website golden-fishtank.com ("Site") under license MGA/B2B/230/2012 issued by the Malta Gaming Authority. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise utilizing the Site, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all provisions set forth herein. If the User does not agree to be bound by these Terms, access to and use of the Site must be immediately discontinued. Site Usage Rules

Yggdrasil Gaming Ltd reserves the unconditional right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to the Site for any User found to be in violation of the provisions outlined in this section, without prior notice and without liability.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of the User's access to the Site.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual in nature, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. The User hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the User's use of the Site. Yggdrasil Gaming Ltd operates the Site under license MGA/B2B/230/2012, issued by the Malta Gaming Authority, and all regulatory obligations imposed thereunder are observed and complied with accordingly. In the event that any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of Yggdrasil Gaming Ltd to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
